Terms and Conditions:

  • Must be 18 or older to enter.
  • The hole-in-one must be scored as specified by the USGA rules of play.
  • Hole-in-one must be reported within 24 hours by using a contact method on our board or your receipt.
  • Once the hole-in-one is verified, the prize will be paid out within 14 working days.
  • If the camera recording your shot fails to record the event, or if there are any inconsistencies that arise in the camera footage, we reserve the sole right to determine whether you have successfully won the hole-in-one competition.
  • Sink the Shot is not responsible for any injury or death as a result of participating in the competition.
  • Anyone winning a prize greater than $600 will be required by law to provide a Social Security Number or tax ID and is required to be issued a 1099 Form.
  • By making payment and entering this contest, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions and rules of play as shown.

Refund Policy:

A player will be given a refund should they accidentally pay the wrong amount to Sink the Shot via one of our payment methods. They must use one of our contact methods before they tee off and their entry will be voided and returned.
